River Valley Studios, the name of my bath and product line, was inspired by the town I live in, Hastings, Minnesota.  Hastings is located near the confluence of the Mississippi, Vermillion and St. Croix Rivers and like the confluence of the rivers, my products are a joining of natural ingredients that come together in a harmonious blend.

From an early age I have always been a skincare and bath product enthusiast. After years of enjoying the hobby, I was dismayed with the price vs. performance of some of the higher end products.  So I started developing my own!  What started as enthusiasm turned into a hobby and grew into River Valley Studios.  I am proud to now offer a core line consisting of:

• Handmade soap 

• A complete line of facial care products 

• Sugar scrubs

• Aromatherapy room and linen sprays

• Body butter lotions

I strive to keep my recipes and formulations as clean as possible using only ingredients chosen for their specific benefits.  This does two things; it makes for a natural product I'm proud to stand behind and it keeps the product affordable.

One of my goals is to keep the price point reasonable and fair.  The packaging follows suit, it's very clean and simple, and you don't end up overpaying for product.
